Description

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

1. Supervise and train banquet servers, bartenders, and assist in all daily banquet operations.
2. Thoroughly communicate function details with your team of servers.
3. Understand how to read and execute a BEO form.
4. Ensure all meeting rooms are set according to BEOs, clean, and organized at all times.
5. Submit a daily recap of banquet information (revenue, staffing, issues, weather, covers) at the end of each shift to the executive office and Director of Food & Beverage.
6. Communicate effectively with Catering Manager, Sous Chef, Executive Chef, and Front of House Management/Supervisor team regarding all banquet needs.
7. Perform daily inspections of banquet hallways, meeting rooms, storerooms, and public areas for organization and cleanliness.
8. Attend BEO meetings.

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to read, speak, and write in English.
• Neat appearance and well-groomed.
• Maintain proper uniform standards and slip-resistant, polished footwear.
