Job Description

Responsible for coordinating the execution of events in our private event rooms. You will lead and motivate our banquet servers and bartenders to ensure our members and guests' expectations are exceeded.

Positions available: Full-time, Part-time, and On-call.

Responsibilities
  • Supervise the banquet staff during food and beverage service.
  • Coordinate all aspects of banquet service.
  • Assist the Banquet Manager in the operation of the Banquet Department.
  • Ensure compliance with hotel policies and liquor laws.
  • Conduct staff/pre-function meetings as required.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
  • Adapt to climate changes in various restaurant and kitchen areas.
  • Handle food and beverage cleaning chemicals safely.
Qualifications
  • Team player with a positive attitude.
  • 3-4 years banquet experience.
  • Experience handling beverages.
  • Flexible and adaptable.
  • Ability to manage cash and coin transactions.
