Old Hickory Golf Club is seeking a service-focused Banquet Captain to lead banquet events and ensure exceptional experiences for Members and guests. You will coordinate banquet service, lead event staff, and ensure events are executed efficiently while maintaining the highest standards of hospitality.

The role requires leading staff across weddings, tournaments, and corporate events, collaborating with culinary and events teams, and upholding safety and sanitation standards.

Qualifications

• Previous banquet or restaurant leadership experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced event environment.
• Must be available evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and remain on your feet for extended periods.
