Job summary

The Heathman Hotel in downtown Portland is seeking an experienced Banquet Manager to lead event setups and direct the banquet team. You will ensure flawless guest experiences from arrival to departure and coordinate with coordinators to meet high standards of service.

In this role you will champion professional leadership, efficient operations, and a warm, inviting atmosphere for all guests, working on-site at The Heathman Hotel as part of Makeready’s collection of properties.

Qualifications

• Experience leading banquet setups and teams in a hospitality or events setting.
• Strong attention to detail and high service standards.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while maintaining exceptional guest service.

Requested Tasks

Requested Capabilities

• Prior experience as in Banquet management highly preferred
• Prior leadership highly preferred
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining an excellent level of service
