The Banquet Captain works with the Banquet management staff and is responsible for supervising the banquet staff to ensure banquet guests are offered an enjoyable, expertly served meal reflecting the high customer service standards of the Resort. They supervise the banquet room set-up and ensure all product and service standards are met. A Banquet Captain must maintain a professional appearance and friendly attitude toward guests, other employees and management staff.
