ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

1. Supervise and train banquet servers, bartenders, and assist on all daily banquet operations.
2. Correct staff for proper service techniques.
3. Thoroughly communicate function information with your team of servers.
4. Must have understanding on how to read and execute a BEO form.
5. Ensure all meeting rooms are set according to BEOs and are clean and organized at all times.
6. Submit a daily recap of all banquet information regarding revenue, staffing, issues/concerns, weather, and number of covers at the end of each shift to the executive office and Director of Food & Beverage.
7. Communicate effectively with Catering Manager, Sous Chef, Executive Chef, and Front of House Management/Supervisor team on all banquet needs.
8. Attend BEO meetings.

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Require excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to read, speak, write, and comprehend English.
• Maintain a neat appearance and well-groomed demeanor.
• Maintain proper uniform standards, including slip-resistant and polished footwear.
