We are looking for a Banquet Supervisor to assist the Catering Manager in leading and supporting all Banquet Department operations. This role involves providing guidance to banquet personnel to ensure successful and effective operations, maintaining an efficient, profitable, and professional department, and delivering high levels of guest and staff satisfaction. The supervisor will oversee service quality, hospitality standards, and verify details of the Banquet Event Order (BEO) for setup and service staff. Additionally, the role supports upholding company standards and assists the Catering Floor Manager.
