Description

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

1. Supervise and train banquet servers, bartenders, and assist on all daily banquet operations.
2. Thoroughly communicate function information with your team of servers.
3. Must have understanding on how to read and execute a BEO form.
4. Ensure all meeting rooms are set according to BEOs, and are clean and organized at all times.
5. Submit a daily recap of banquet information regarding revenue, staffing, issues/concerns, weather, and covers to the executive office and Director of Food & Beverage.
6. Communicate effectively with Catering Manager, Sous Chef, Executive Chef, and Front of House Management/Supervisor team on all banquet needs.
7. Inspect banquet hallways, meeting rooms, storerooms, and public areas daily for organization and cleanliness.
8. Attend BEO meetings.
