We're hiring a Banquet Captain to join our dedicated team of professionals. In this role, you'll:

1. Assist the Banquet Manager with the overall supervision of banquet and event service staff while ensuring an excellent customer service experience.
2. Ensure prompt and courteous service for all guests at event and banquet functions.
3. Assist with proper and efficient management of the Banquet Department.
4. Assist with staff training and development.
5. Supervise and assist with event and meeting set up and teardown.
6. Perform additional responsibilities as assigned.
