Your Responsibilities

1. Communicate, discuss, and coordinate pre- and post-event banquet setup needs.
2. Be hands-on during events and operations.
3. Attend meetings, improve processes, and develop relationships.
4. Deliver exceptional guest experiences and create WOW moments.
5. Maintain high standards of service and attention to detail.
6. Perform additional duties as assigned based on business needs.

Physical Requirements

The pay scale for the Banquet Captain position is $11.00 per hour. This is the base wage, excluding incentives such as tips, commissions, or bonuses.
