Job summary

Leisure Hotels & Resorts is seeking a dedicated Banquet Captain to join our hospitality team. You will work closely with the Banquet Manager, F&B Director, and Kitchen Manager to ensure flawless execution of all banquet events, leading staff to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

You will oversee setup, service, and breakdown, supervise banquet staff, and ensure adherence to safety standards while coordinating with event stakeholders for seamless execution.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in banquet or event service management.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple events simultaneously.
• Knowledge of food and beverage service standards and safety regulations.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
• Attention to detail and organizational skills.
