The Banquet Manager is responsible for ensuring events run smoothly and efficiently, handling any crises that may arise. Engaging service, delicious cuisine, and distinctive surroundings make every special event at 49th State Brewing Company a truly memorable experience.

  1. Showcase your communication and organization skills by leading and liaising with multiple departments to ensure each group function is exceptional.
  2. Ensure the smooth daily operation of the banquet department and event bar/food services.
  3. Manage daily operations on the floor.
  4. Review all banquet event orders to ensure proper set-ups and accuracy.
  5. Assess and modify procedures, policies, and methods of operation as needed.
  6. Maintain all equipment, fixtures, and furniture in good condition and repair.
  7. Keep all function information up to date with any changes or revisions.
  8. Develop and maintain a safety culture within the department, ensuring adherence to health and safety standards.
  9. Oversee the day-to-day operations of the banquet department for efficiency and effectiveness.
  10. Build and maintain positive relationships with supporting departments and communicate concerns to the Events Coordinator.
  11. Coach and train team members, monitor their development, and provide feedback and performance reviews.
  12. Ensure guest satisfaction goals are met or exceeded.
  13. Develop strong interpersonal relationships with guests.
