The Bay Club Company in Bellevue is seeking a dedicated Cook to join our kitchen team under the direction of the Chef. You will prepare food for service, banquets, and cafe using advanced techniques while complying with HAACP and safety standards.

Responsibilities include following recipes, plating, sanitation, and ensuring timely, quality meals. The role emphasizes teamwork, professionalism, and a commitment to safe, consistent kitchen operations.

Qualifications

• Two years of experience in a high-volume food and beverage operation using similar cooking techniques.
• Knowledge of HAACP guidelines and sanitation.
• Ability to understand and communicate ideas clearly.

Responsibilities

• Food Handling, Preparation and Presentation: follow standard recipes, gather ingredients, assist plating, manage leftovers.
• Sanitation and Safety: operate equipment safely, follow HAACP guidelines, keep kitchen clean and organized.
• Communication & Relationships: interact professionally with management, associates, and vendors; represent the club well.
• OTHER JOB FUNCTIONS: flexible schedule including day/evening shifts, weekends and holidays.
