Qualifications

• Two years experience as a cook in customer service or hospitality environment preferred.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain NY State Gaming Commission license.

Responsibilities

• Prepares, seasons, and garnishes all food.
• Maintains refrigeration and dry storage, ensures proper handling and rotation.
• Follows recipes, specs, and control procedures.
• Maintains a clean and sanitary area in compliance with health regulations.
• Assists with guest requests when needed.
• Reports kitchen mishaps and applies safety standards.
• Maintains knowledge of the menu and quality of food throughout service.
