Job summary

Pechanga Resort Casino is seeking a Beverage Bar Porter to stock, rotate, and maintain beverage storage areas including liquor, beer, wine, soft drinks, and garnishes. You will also assist in inventories, support bar operations, and ensure strict sanitation and compliance with liquor laws.

The role requires flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays, with experience in beverage operations and basic safety training. Training in TIPs is preferred.

Qualifications

• This role requires basic math and reading comprehension.
• Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Attentive to safety and sanitation procedures.

Responsibilities

• Stock and rotate all dated beverage products in storage areas.
• Maintain Berg liquor dispensing system and related equipment.
• Transport and manage CO2 tanks as needed on the casino floor.
• Take daily inventories for accountability and assist weekly audits.
• Follow safety, sanitation, and liquor policies per PRC standards.
• Provide deep cleaning of bars and back-of-house beverage areas.
