Wynn Las Vegas is seeking an Apprentice Bartender - Catering & Banquets to support the banquet beverage team during meetings and events. You will assist bartenders, help setup and service beverages, and uphold Wynn's Forbes Five-Star service standards.

Ideal candidates are 21+, with high-volume F&B experience, knowledge of drinks, and strong English communication. Flexible schedule including evenings and weekends is required.

Formación

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Experience in a high-volume F&B environment preferred (Apprentice Bartender, Barback, or Bartender).
• Basic knowledge of spirits, wine, beer, cocktails and bar equipment.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English with guests and team members.
• Must obtain and maintain licenses or work cards required by regulations.

Responsabilidades

• Provide exceptional guest service consistent with Wynn Las Vegas standards.
• Assist bartenders with preparation and presentation of beverages per recipes.
• Set up, stock, organize, and break down banquet bars before, during, and after events.
• Maintain inventory of liquor, beer, wine, mixers, garnishes, glassware and bar supplies.
• Ensure bars remain clean, organized and fully stocked during events.
• Follow Responsible Beverage Service guidelines and health regulations.
