The ideal candidate has cocktail knowledge, customer service skills, and prior bartending or equivalent training, with flexibility to work varied shifts, including holidays and weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• TIPS certification a plus, required within 30 days of employment.
• Previous bartending/mixology experience required or equivalent training.

Responsibilities

• Maintain clean and organized bar areas.
• Slice and pit fruit for garnishing drinks.
• Check identification to verify age requirements for alcohol.
• Prepare and serve drinks and/or food orders.
• Take, serve and clear food and beverage to guests.

Essential Job Functions:

• Maintain clean and organize bar areas.
• Slice and pit fruit for garnishing drinks.
• Check identification of customers to verify age requirements for purchase of alcohol.
• Prepare and servedrinkand/or food orders.
• If applicable, take orders, andserve andclear food and beverage to guests seated at tables in bar and lounge areas.
• Issue guest check and complete payment process.
• Follow standards foridentifyingand managing intoxicated guests.
• Complete beverage requisitions tomaintainpar levels as needed.
• Complete required side work prior to shift end.
• Be aware of guest satisfaction scores and work toward increasing departmental and overall guest satisfaction.
• Practice safe work habits, wear protective safety equipment and follow MSDS and OSHA standards.
• Ensure overall guest satisfaction.
