Job summary

Stonebridge is seeking a Banquet Bartender for Aurora, CO, to mix and serve both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages at events. This role focuses on guest satisfaction, safety, and adherence to regulations while maintaining cost control.

The position requires prior banquet or event bartending experience, strong customer service skills, and the ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays. On-call status and non-exempt payroll apply.

Qualifications

• General bartending experience, especially at events or banquets.
• Knowledge of drink mixing, garnishing, and serving.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to handle cash and process payments accurately.
• Familiarity with alcohol service regulations; TIPS certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional and courteous service to guests at all times.
• Mix, pour, and serve beverages as required by the banquet event order.
• Set up and stock bars in advance of events.
• Inventory beverage products for cost reconciliation.
• Secure alcohol and equipment at event close.
• Ensure responsible service and compliance with laws.
