Responsibilities

• Set up and break down banquet function rooms according to event specifications.
• Keep rooms clean, organized, and prepared for events.
• Return equipment and supplies to storage after each event.
• Assist banquet servers and bartenders as needed.
• Handle audio-visual setup and maintenance as needed.
• Coordinate with housekeeping to keep areas clean and organized.
