Job summary

Stonebridge Hospitality Management in Aurora, CO is seeking a part-time, on-call Banquet Set Up Attendant to ensure timely setup, breakdown, and upkeep of banquet spaces according to event specifications.

This role requires physical stamina for lifting 50–100 lbs, flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays, and a courteous, detail-oriented approach to support banquet servers and other staff. Pay is $18 per hour with scheduling based on business needs. Prior banquet experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in banquet or event setup preferred.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Strong attention to detail for accurate setup and breakdown.
• Ability to work independently or in a team.
• Basic knowledge of audio-visual equipment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional and courteous service at all times.
• Set up and break down banquet function rooms according to event specifications.
• Ensure rooms are clean, organized, and prepared prior to events.
• Return all equipment and supplies to storage after each event.
• Handle audio-visual equipment setup and maintenance as needed.
• Maintain a neat work area, including banquet storage spaces.
• Assist banquet servers and bartenders during events.
• Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Coordinate with housekeeping to keep areas clean and organized.
