Join to apply for the Banquet Bartender - On Call role at Gulph Creek Hotels.

Location: The Holiday Inn at The Mainland Manahawkin/LBI, 151 Route 72 East, Manahawkin, New Jersey.

We are currently hiring on-call Banquet Bartenders to service guests at banquet functions efficiently and courteously while maintaining cleanliness.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  1. Guest Service
    • Maintain guest service as the core philosophy.
    • Respond promptly to guest needs and ensure guest satisfaction.
    • Meet or exceed guest satisfaction standards.
    • Follow hotel standards and service initiatives.
  2. Banquet Bartender Operations
    • Build professional relationships with guests and co-workers.
    • Maintain the bar area according to departmental guidelines.
    • Ensure food and beverage safety, sanitation, and proper storage.
    • Follow safety and alcohol service regulations, including age restrictions and intoxication policies.
    • Assist management as needed and adhere to company policies.
    • Maintain a professional appearance and work area.
    • Keep track of alcohol inventory.
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • At least one year of bartending experience.
  • Ability to anticipate and resolve issues.
  • Proficiency in English, basic math, and effective communication skills.
  • Certification in TIPS training is preferred.
  • Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for 8 hours.
