Join our team as a Bartender, a key player in our vibrant establishment. You will serve drinks and create memorable experiences, acting as the flavor curator and the social hub of our venue.

• Assist guests with beverage and drink preparation, ensuring efficient service at the bar and restaurant.
• Engage with guests to understand their needs and ensure high-quality, caring service.
• Be knowledgeable about the drink menu and standard beverages to assist guests in their choices.
• Follow Bishop’s Lodge / Forbes standards within the Bar and Restaurant outlets.
• Enhance F&B sales by being knowledgeable about drinks, cocktails, spirits, and menu items.
• Take and input orders accurately into the Micros system, ensuring proper timing and billing.
• Prepare guest checks and handle payments or signatures appropriately.
• Operate, maintain, and clean all bar equipment and fittings properly.
• Keep the bar well-stocked at all times.
• Follow safe food handling procedures and maintain a safe working environment.

Qualifications

• At least one year of experience in the foodservice/hospitality industry as a Bartender preferred.
• Good knowledge of spirits, beer, and wine; experience at a luxury property is a plus.
• Minimum age to serve alcohol.
• Professional appearance and demeanor, ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
• Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to obtain relevant certifications such as food handler's or alcohol training.

This position starts at $18.57/hour.
