Job summary

Playa Largo Autograph is seeking a guest‑facing staff member for the Food & Beverage team in Key Largo, FL. You will take orders, prepare and serve beverages and light meals, and ensure cleanliness and stock levels in the outlet according to hotel standards.

The role requires at least a year in Food & Beverage, reading safety documents, and clear communication with guests and colleagues. A High School diploma is required, with college credits preferred; ServSafe or TIPS knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of experience in the Restaurant / Food and Beverage field.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Ability to satisfactorily communicate with guests, management, and co-workers to their understanding.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
• ServSafe and/or food safety training a plus.
• Alcohol awareness training (such as TIPS).
• Familiarity with food and beverage cost controls.
• Ability to accurately compute basic mathematical calculations.

Responsibilities

• Take orders, prepare, and serve alcoholic, non-alcoholic beverages and light meals to guests, courteously and efficiently according to hotel specifications.
• Maintain stock/supplies and cleanliness of outlet and equipment.
