Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of experience in Restaurant / Food and Beverage.
• Able to read safety rules and operating instructions.
• Able to communicate with guests and team clearly.
• High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• ServSafe or food safety training a plus.
• Alcohol awareness training such as TIPS.
• Familiarity with cost controls.
• Basic math skills.

Responsibilities

• Take orders and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages and light meals.
• Maintain stock, supplies and cleanliness of outlet and equipment.
• Ensure safety and quality according to hotel standards.
• Communicate with General Manager and department staff.
• Be available to work weekends, holidays, and varied shifts.
• Handle guest issues professionally.
