Responsibilities

• Take guests' beverage orders and record in POS; process payments.
• Prepare and serve alcoholic beverages per standards; open wine/champagne.
• Maintain bar cleanliness and organization; report tips at shift end.
• Complete closing duties and restock for next service; record daily breakage.
