Responsibilities

• Prepares function site and ensures meeting room is set according to specifications.
• Serves food and beverage items to guests following established guidelines.
• Sets dining tables, buffets, and service areas according to the Banquet Event Order.
• Communicates guest requests and concerns to the department manager.
• Maintains a clean banquet or catering kitchen, coolers, and equipment.
• Assists in inventory control and waste monitoring in the banquet area.
• Delivers excellent guest service by anticipating guest needs.
• Supports safe work practices in job performance.
• Performs other duties as required.
