The Wigwam, a Pyramid Global Hospitality property in Litchfield Park, AZ, is seeking a Banquet Bartender to join our team. You will oversee setup, stocking, beverage service, and guest interactions for banquet events at a world-class property.

We seek 2–4 years of bartending experience, knowledge of wine and cocktails, and the ability to excel in a fast-paced environment while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of bartending experience, preferably in banquet service.
• Experience in a 4-star, 5-star venue is desirable.
• Knowledge of wine, beer, cocktails, and spirits is preferred.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and guest service focus.

Responsabilités

• Maintain bar setup and stock daily for banquet events.
• Prepare beverages and garnish using standard recipes.
• Greet guests, take orders, and ensure timely service.
• Handle cash, process payments, and balance at shift end.
• Close and secure bar area after functions.
