Job summary

The Wigwam, a Pyramid Global Hospitality property in Arizona, is seeking a motivated Banquet Bartender to join our team. You will direct setup and service for banquet functions, mix and serve beverages, and assist with cashiering at the beverage bar, delivering guest-focused service.

Applicants should have 2–4 years of bartending experience in high-volume banquet settings, knowledge of wine, beer, cocktails and spirits, and current bartender certification.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of bartending experience, preferably in banquet settings.
• Experience in high-volume banquet environments.
• Knowledge of wine, beer, cocktails and spirits.
• Current bartender certification/license.
• Excellent communication and guest-service orientation.
• Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Direct the setup and preparation of banquet bars for events.
• Serve beverages to guests and assist with beverage service at functions.
• Greet guests, take and input orders, and manage cashier duties for the beverage bar.
• Maintain stock, garnishes, and cleanliness of the bar area.
• Ensure accuracy of charges and secure beverages and cash at end of shift.
