Pyramid Global Hospitality is seeking a Banquet Server for The Wigwam, a Four Diamond property in Arizona. You will join a team that sets up banquet rooms, serves guests, and ensures an exceptional dining experience during events.

The ideal candidate has 2–4 years of food service experience and a passion for guest service. Join a world-class property where teamwork, speed, and attention to detail are valued.

Formación

• 2–4 years of food service experience, preferably in banquet service.
• Experience in a 4- to 5-star venue with synchronized service.
• Knowledge of wine, beer, cocktails and spirits.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills with guests and team members.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with event room setup according to needs.
• Provide food & beverage prep duties and stock workstations.
• Serve food and beverages to guests and clear tables.
• Clear dishes and reset tables; manage linen and centerpieces.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in work areas; assist other staff as needed.
• Provide guest information and ensure guest satisfaction throughout service.
• Address guest requests promptly and professionally.
