Job summary

Highgate is seeking a Banquet Bartender to ensure smooth service at banquets and meetings. You will set up bars prior to functions and mix drinks for all guests while maintaining cleanliness and quality service.

The role requires the ability to stand long shifts, read Banquet Event Orders, and know the bar menu. Applications open 7/27/2026 and close 8/30/2026; Colorado benefits and a 401(k) plan are offered to eligible associates.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in banquet or hospitality settings preferred.
• Ability to stand for long shifts and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Set up bars prior to each function and mix drinks for guests.
• Service guests in a friendly, professional manner.
• Maintain cleanliness and control liquor inventory.
• Read and understand Banquet Event Orders (BEO) and be familiar with the bar menu.
• Ensure knowledge of liquor and cocktail offerings; respond to guest questions.
