Responsibilities:

• Prepare drink orders for guests according to specified recipes using measuring systems.
• Issue, open, and serve wine/champagne bottles.
• Set up and maintain cleanliness and condition of bar, bar unit, tables, and other tools.
• Prepare fresh garnishes for drinks.
• Read and understand Banquet Event Orders and carry out the instructions given.
• Work well with co-workers as part of a team.

Requirements:

• 1 year experience as a Bartender or Banquet Bartender
• Hilton brand experience is beneficial
• Minimum of 21 years of age to serve alcoholic beverages
• Knowledge of various spirits, classic cocktails, beer, & wine
• TIPS/ServSafe Alcohol Certification is a plus
• Basic math skills for measuring ingredients and calculating drink prices
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build genuine connections with guests and colleagues
• Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure, ensuring efficient service during peak hours
• Excellent English communication skills, able to read, write, and speak fluently
