Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking a Banquet Bartender to deliver exceptional guest service at weddings, conferences, and other events. You will mix drinks, verify IDs, handle transactions, and maintain a clean, stocked bar in a fast-paced banquet setting.

Ideal candidates will have 2+ years of bartending or barback experience, strong communication and guest service skills, and knowledge of beverage preparation. This role involves upselling, teamwork, and adherence to safety standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 2 years bartending or barback experience preferred.
• Cash handling experience required.
• Knowledge of beer, wine, spirits, and cocktail preparation.
• Alcohol awareness certification preferred.
• Strong communication and guest service skills.
