Qualifications

• Prior banquet experience a must.
• TIPS Alcohol Certification and Food Handlers Certification required.
• Bi-lingual ability in Spanish strongly suggested.
• Familiar with liquor liability policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Set up bar area for banquet events.
• Ensure supplies are prepared for beverage service.
• Close bar and return bottles to storeroom.
• Maintain a neat and professional appearance.
• Work with Banquet Bartender in a courteous and productive manner.
• Monitor functions and events to anticipate service needs.
• Read and write in English as required.
• Adhere to liquor liability policies.
• Perform any other duties assigned by management.
• Maintain awareness of all functions and meetings.
