Every day at work is a party! As a Banquet Bar Back, you will prepare bars for events and tend to guests, ensuring guest satisfaction through efficient service. You will be responsible for initial bar setup, service, and maintaining guest drinks.

Essential Functions

• Retrieve and check stock, replenish supplies, and ensure proper storage and cleanliness of bar areas.
• Prepare garnishes, mixes, and store supplies appropriately.
• Assist in maintaining adequate supplies and cleanliness standards.
• Transport and maintain portable bars and tap units.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Position Requirements

• Knowledge of alcohol preparation and service.
• Basic math skills for inventory and delivery accuracy.
• Manual dexterity for handling glassware, bottles, and equipment.
• Basic English communication skills.
• Ability to work in confined spaces and lift up to 500 lbs.
