Job summary

The Crescent Hotels Group is seeking a friendly bartender to join our hotel bar team on site. You will set up the bar daily, stock supplies, and prepare drinks to standard recipes for guests.

You will greet guests, take and document orders, handle cash and POS transactions, and ensure proper portion control and balance. You must follow all state and corporate alcohol regulations and maintain high levels of guest service and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Maintains proper daily bar setup, stocking beer, wine, spirits, and supplies.
• Stock and prepare fresh garnishes and perishables to ensure quality.
• Greet guests, promote and document drink orders; mix and present drinks per recipes.
• Abide by state, federal and corporate requirements for serving alcohol.
• Input orders into POS and create checks; balance beverages served.
• Receive cash, give change, verify charges, record charges, and secure vouchers.
• Lock up and store beverage, food, and equipment; handle deposits and bank.
• Adhere to attendance rules and be available for regular shifts.
