Job summary

C Crescent Hotels Group is hiring a bartender to join our hospitality team. The role requires experience in bartending at a restaurant, banquet, or catering setting. You will maintain bar set-up, stock, and ensure quality in drink preparation while providing friendly guest service.

You will handle POS transactions, balance cash, and follow state and corporate liquor laws. This is an on-site position within our hotel beverage service operations.

Qualifications

• Must have experience bartending in a restaurant, catering, or other business establishment.

Responsibilities

• Maintains daily bar set-up and restocks beer, wine, spirits, and bar supplies.
• Maintains stock and freshness of garnishes, juices, and perishables for quality.
• Greets guests, promotes and rings drinks, presents drinks with standard recipes and portion control.
• Complies with all state, federal and corporate alcohol service rules.
• Inputs orders at POS, creates guest checks, and tracks beverage sales.
• Handles cash, makes change, verifies charges, balances money and vouchers.
• Locks up and secures beverages, food, equipment, and deposits cash drops.
• Adheres to attendance rules and is available to work regularly.
• Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
