Responsibilities

• Maintains daily bar setup; requisitions and stocks beer, wine, spirits, and bar supplies.
• Keeps fresh garnishes, juices and perishables stocked daily to ensure quality.
• Greets guests, promotes and documents drink orders; mixes and presents drinks per recipes.
• Complies with state, federal and corporate alcohol serving requirements.
• Enters orders at POS and creates checks to track all beverages served.
• Handles cash; verifies charges, balances money and vouchers.
• Locks up and stores equipment; deposits cash drops and secures bank.
• Adheres to attendance rules and is available to work regularly.
