Job summary

Crescent Hotels & Resorts is seeking a friendly bartender to provide great beverage service in a fast-paced hotel environment. You will stock, prepare and present drinks, greet guests, and uphold safety and consistency with standard recipes.

The role requires English communication, teamwork, basic math for cash handling, and compliance with all state and corporate regulations. You should be able to stand for long periods and work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be able to communicate in English clearly.
• Self-starter with a cooperative attitude.
• Basic math skills for cash handling and POS use.
• Familiarity with food and beverage service concepts.

Responsibilities

• Maintain daily bar setup and restock ingredients and supplies.
• Prepare, garnish and present drinks following recipes.
• Welcome guests and document drinks orders for accuracy.
• Adhere to state, federal and corporate alcohol-service rules.
• Enter orders at POS and balance checks and charges.
• Handle cash, give change, and secure vouchers and drops.
• Lock and store beverage and equipment securely and manage cash drops.
• Be available to work regularly and comply with attendance rules.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
