Responsibilities

• Prepares function and event site and assures area is set according to specifications.
• Serves food and beverage items to guests based on established guidelines.
• Sets dining tables, buffets, and other service areas as according to Banquet Event Order (BEO) or as directed.
• Communicates guest requests and concerns to the department manager/supervisor.
• Sets and tears down event spaces following a banquet function to room ready standards.

About the position

TheBanquet Attendant assists in setting up events according to specifications and in tearing down after it is over. This role serves food and beverage items to event guests in a prompt, professional, and courteous manner. The Banquet Attendant ensures guests are provided with excellent customer service by anticipating their needs before they arise.

Requirements
