Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist with bankruptcy and restructuring matters across a variety of industries
• Draft pleadings, motions, and other court filings

• Conduct research and prepare concise, practical written work product
• Collaborate with senior attorneys on complex insolvency issues
• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and stakeholders
