Bass, Berry & Sims is seeking an associate attorney with two to four years of dedicated bankruptcy and restructuring experience to join our Knoxville or Nashville office. The ideal candidate will have substantial Chapter 11 experience, a JD from an accredited law school, and an active license in good standing.

Our team handles complex matters across industries and provides comprehensive client service at every stage of reorganization.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school and an active license in good standing.
• 2–4 years of dedicated bankruptcy/restructuring experience with Chapter 11 exposure.
• Strong analytical, writing, and client-service skills.

Responsabilités

• Assist with Chapter 11 proceedings, including pleadings and motions.
• Coordinate with clients, creditors, and courts to advance restructurings.
• Contribute to negotiations, plans of reorganization, and litigation strategy.
