CornerStone Professional Placement is seeking an experienced Bankruptcy Paralegal for a reputable law firm in Dallas, TX.

As a Bankruptcy Paralegal, you will assist attorneys in managing bankruptcy cases, drafting and filing legal documents, and ensuring compliance with court deadlines. Qualified candidates will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a law firm setting, with in-depth knowledge of bankruptcy procedures. Requirements & Responsibilities for the Bankruptcy Paralegal:

• Minimum 5 years of bankruptcy paralegal experience in a law firm
• Draft, review, and electronically file bankruptcy petitions, motions, schedules, and other legal documents
• Organize and maintain case files and manage case calendars and deadlines
• Communicate with clients, attorneys, court staff, and involved parties
• Conduct legal research including UCC and bankruptcy law updates
• Assist in preparing attorneys for hearings and trials
• Analyze financial documents and assist in claim filing
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proficient in case management and legal tech tools

Compensation for the Bankruptcy Paralegal:

• Employment type: Full-time/Direct Hire
• Salary/Pay: $75,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year +BOE
• Location: On-site in Dallas, TX
