The Bankruptcy Group at a premier, national, law firm is currently seeking a 3rd-4th year creditor’s rights litigation associate. The successful candidate has state court litigation experience, including with respect to both residential and commercial property foreclosure actions and with respect to commercial collection actions. Candidates should also have experience enforcing mortgages and other security interests in New York. Experience with loan workouts, Article 9 foreclosure proceedings, and mortgage loan purchase and sale transactions is a plus.

NY Bar admission is required.

Salary: $215,000.00-$235,000.00, plus bonus. The salary offered to a successful candidate will be dependent on several factors that may include but are not limited to years of experience within the job, years of experience within the required industry, education, etc.
