BCG Attorney Search is seeking an experienced Bankruptcy Litigation Associate Attorney for its Scottsdale, Arizona office. The ideal candidate will represent corporate debtors, lenders, creditors, and trustees in bankruptcy proceedings and related financial restructurings, asset sales, and business litigation in state and federal courts.

Requirements include admission to the Arizona Bar (or eligibility within a year) and strong research, writing, and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Must be admitted to practice with an active bar license in Arizona, or eligible for admission within one year.
• Experience in bankruptcy matters in Arizona and other jurisdictions is desirable.
• Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of commercial restructurings and Chapter 11 bankruptcies, including strategy, drafting, discovery, court appearances, and client communications.
• Review and document commercial financial transactions, including corporate governance matters.
• Draft and negotiate financing, workout, and restructuring documents.
• Conduct and manage financial due diligence.
