Qualifications

• Ability to manage a high volume of files and priorities.
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Work within the Bankruptcy Department under supervision of the Paralegal Supervisor and department attorneys.
• File Proof of Claims nationwide across jurisdictions.
• Prepare certificate of service and other documents as needed.
• Communicate with team, supervisors, and clients by phone and email.
• Willing to take on new tasks and engage in ongoing training.
