Job summary

Epiq Bankruptcy Solutions seeks a Case Administration Specialist to process and maintain information from claimants. You will review Proof of Claim forms, tax forms and related documents for Chapter 11 filings, researching and entering data into the Case Management Database.

You will interact with Audit, Case Management, Consulting, Data Services and other Operations groups within Epiq Bankruptcy Solutions and Epiq Class Action, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in all tasks.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Attention to detail in a high-volume environment.
• Ability to read, write and speak English fluently.
• Capacity to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and record accurate and timely time-detail entries.
• Open, review, sort, date-stamp and distribute incoming mail.
• Arrange, label and file documents according to standards.
• Maintain client case files to/from storage facility.
• Assist with client set-up tasks and document labeling.
• Maintain intake, scanning, redaction and data entry trackers.
