• Admission to Massachusetts bar in good standing.
• Experience representing debtors, creditors, trustees, or committees.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in Chapter 7 and Chapter 11 proceedings.
• Draft and review pleadings, motions, and discovery related to bankruptcy matters.
• Appear in bankruptcy court and participate in hearings and negotiations.
• Advise clients on restructuring strategies, creditor remedies, and insolvency risks.
• Collaborate with partners and other practice groups on complex commercial matters.
• Maintain direct client contact and contribute to case strategy development.

This role will focus on Chapter 7, Chapter 11, creditor rights, debtor representation, and complex commercial restructurings, supporting sophisticated clients in high-stakes insolvency and restructuring matters.
