Job description

We have been instructed by a leading Am Law 200 firm with international reach to identify associates for its Bankruptcy & Restructuring practice in Boston.

The practice sits at the core of the firm's offering and regularly advises creditors, ad hoc groups, private credit funds, asset managers and other stakeholders on Chapter 11 proceedings, liability management transactions, out-of-court restructurings and special situations.

Particular interest in associates with experience in:

• Chapter 11 matters
• Creditor-side representations Private credit
• Distressed investing
• Liability management transactions
• Cross-border restructurings
