Qualifications

• Bankruptcy knowledge is a plus, but not required.
• Spanish, Portuguese, or Haitian Creole is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct client consultations and recommend the appropriate bankruptcy chapter.
• Review petitions and Chapter 13 plans.
• Attend 341 meetings of creditors and hearings.
• Guide clients through the process and keep cases moving.
