Qualifications

We are recruiting a Florida attorney for a consumer bankruptcy practice with a steady flow of Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 matters. This is a client-facing role for someone who enjoys helping people understand their options and guiding them through a difficult financial period.

The attorney will have meaningful involvement from the first consultation through the course of each case. The practice moves quickly, so the right person will be comfortable balancing a high-volume caseload with thoughtful, clear communication. This is a long‑term opportunity, and the team is open to training an attorney who has the right approach but limited bankruptcy experience.
